CHSP TOOL KIT - Is a suite of modules and interactive sessions designed to support CHSP funded aged care providers and personnel

Work through the modules and categories listed below. Complete these by yourself or ask for assistance from the Hub team. You will be allocated a CALD Access Officer who will be able to tailor a Toolkit plan to meet your service or teams specific needs.

Services and staff who register with the HUB can receive a HUB BADGE when they successfully complete and have their work assessed.

Don’t forget to reach out to your HUB team members for support.

TOOLKIT MODULES AND WORKSHOPS – How it works..

Step 1

Select the module you would like to complete

Step 2

Request access to the toolkit resources for the module

Step 3

Run through the module components yourself or request a HUB Team member to assist you (assistance is free)

Step 4

Submit the resource assessment/workshop activities for feedback or support to complete these (minimum standards apply)  

Step 5

Work is discussed and recommendations are made. Individual module badges are awarded 

Step 6

Completion Badges are awarded to recipients. Collect all badges to receive the Ultimate CHSP Champion Badge
